Grit Strength Clinic

$20 Per Week

The Grit Strength Clinic aims to integrate strength and conditioning into your cycle training. Road cyclists tend not to spend much time at all on strength training off the bike. Cycling requires a lot of strength for efficiency and generating power, many hours pedalling in one position can cause imbalances and lack of mobility.

The Strength Clinic is a 1hour session run on a Thursday at 6am at Glover Park St Heliers and addresses mobility, full body strength and stability. For an extra $10 per week you are able to get a strength programme that ties in with your cycling programme.

Chris also does one on one sessions in the Gym looking at technique and programme design.

The cost for one on one session is $50 per hour plus gym fees.
